Of course, the great and abiding mystery of nature is that it isn happy to see us, is utterly indifferent to us and yet Pandora Bracelets still caresses some inner part of us. The facts of the case were simple. Vella (V) was a tenant in a flat, which was owned by London and Quadrant Housing Trust (LQHT). The flat was contained in a block of 6 flats on 3 levels. From 2001 V made complaints to LQHT about noise transference from the flat above his and also from the http://townwalworthny.com/Toms-Outlet.html communal hallway and stairs. The noise was not due to unreasonable behaviour but solely to inadequate sound insulation. The noise was described as incessant. This was so because the nuisance removal provisions of the EPA were simply based on similar provisions of the various Nuisance Removal Acts, the first of which was passed in 1846.
